My passion is writing! I am a freelance writer that specializes in poetry, fiction and nonfiction. My favorite thing is to write is poetry. My other passion is butterflies as you can see in much of my work. I have a virtual assistant business called The Butterfly Connection. Besides writing, I do a variety of administrative services such as document design in Word, databases in Excel, animated presentations in PowerPoint, and newsletters or other desktop publishing in Publisher.

I live in a small mountain town north of Phoenix, AZ. I'm originally from Stillwater, MN, and it took a while to get used to living in the desert but I love it now. The best advantage is having warm dry weather instead of high humidity, snow and below zero temps in the winter. I have three grown children who have given me a total of 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
