Acerca del libro
Each poem by JDK Wyneken is paired purposefully with each image by Phil McCoy, arranged together on chosen pages and presented in an intended order, all printed on the highest quality photo paper to create a unique experience; one that inspires the mind, the heart, and touch to integrate into something new that takes us beyond what we already know of love and connection, of the splendor of the natural world, and of the power of possibility for us to grow in word and deed and spirit. Or, just perhaps, it can introduce something entirely brand new. The answer for each of us, of course, lies within our own experience of these words and images and pages. It will only take a moment.

Acerca del creador
Hi, I'm Phil McCoy. This is where I tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a passionate artist, photographer, filmmaker, and father—a visual communicator. My love for photography began when my mom let me use her vintage 1940s Kodak Brownie Target SIX-16 camera. It opened a whole new view of the world and expanded my imagination. The journey from then to now has been full of adventure, discovery, and accomplishment working with digital technology to shape and form light and sound into compelling visual experiences. I’m a Pacific Northwest native and my love for evergreen trees, water, mountains, and sky is strong. My eye is drawn both to the fantastic and the mundane. And once found, I like to heighten reality by playing with tone, softness, detail, composition, and clarity to amplify drama, serenity, and/or a sense of presence. It's my hope that the love I pour into my images and art can be felt easily by you.
